If you do not agree to these terms, do not use KyzenAI. If you use KyzenAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

KyzenAI uses artificial intelligence systems to generate responses, summaries, suggestions, and memory-related context. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

KyzenAI is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on KyzenAI as your only source for legal, medical, financial, safety, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.

You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, your use of KyzenAI, and any activity under your credentials. Keep your login methods secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate account information, respect other users and systems, and use KyzenAI only in ways that comply with applicable laws and these terms.

You may not use KyzenAI to harm others, violate laws, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload infrastructure, bypass security controls, generate malware, create deceptive content, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may not use KyzenAI to process highly sensitive personal data unless the product explicitly supports that use and you have all required rights and consents.

You may not attempt to extract system prompts, poison memory systems, impersonate KyzenAI, manipulate subscription or entitlement state, forge webhooks, exploit rate limits, or use automated traffic that degrades service reliability.

KyzenAI may use rate limits, device or browser signals, IP-derived abuse signals, audit logs, entitlement checks, and automated safeguards to protect users, AI infrastructure, billing systems, and platform availability.

We may block, throttle, suspend, or terminate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, automated, unsafe, illegal, or inconsistent with these terms, even if a specific action is not listed here.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, harms KyzenAI or other users, or is required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account through available product flows or by contacting support@kyzenai.net.

Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

KyzenAI may offer free, demo, trial, paid, or usage-based plans. Paid features, limits, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and billing provider details will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.

KyzenAI memory features are intended to improve continuity and personalization. You are responsible for deciding what information to share, store, edit, or delete.

Deleting a memory or account may remove it from active product views, but limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, billing records, or abuse-prevention systems where permitted by law.

KyzenAI, its design, software, logos, branding, systems, and related materials are owned by KyzenAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of KyzenAI technology or branding.

You retain rights you have in content you submit. Subject to our Privacy Policy, you grant KyzenAI the rights needed to operate, secure, display, process, and improve the service for you.

KyzenAI may depend on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. Model availability, response quality, speed, limits, and features may change over time. We may modify, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or business reasons.

We may apply abuse prevention, moderation, rate limits, maintenance mode, or access restrictions to protect users and the service.

KyzenAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyzenAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to KyzenAI for the service in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD if you did not pay for the service.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact support@kyzenai.net and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes should be handled on an individual basis rather than as a class or representative action. Any governing law, venue, arbitration, or consumer-rights requirements that cannot legally be modified by these terms will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as KyzenAI evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
