Overview
This Refund Policy explains how KyzenAI handles subscription cancellations, accidental charges, disputes, and refund requests for paid plans offered through kyzenai.net, mobile apps, or approved billing providers.
KyzenAI may currently offer demo billing or free access while payment systems are being prepared. When paid billing is active, the terms shown at checkout and this policy will apply unless a platform-specific rule requires otherwise.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and the service has been used. This is because AI infrastructure, memory storage, model access, and personalization features may create immediate costs.
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or approved by KyzenAI support.
Access limits, model availability, maintenance windows, or third-party provider issues do not automatically create refund eligibility unless required by law or specifically promised at checkout.
Accidental charges
If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact support@kyzenai.net as soon as possible. We review accidental charges case by case, especially if the request is made promptly and there has been little or no usage after the charge.
Please include the email associated with your KyzenAI account, billing provider receipt or transaction ID, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Fraudulent or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact support@kyzenai.net immediately. We will review the report, help secure the account where possible, and coordinate with the relevant billing provider.
You may also need to contact your bank, card issuer, app store, or payment provider directly, since some disputes must be handled through the billing platform that processed the payment.
App Store, Google Play, LemonSqueezy, and Paddle
If a purchase is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, LemonSqueezy, Paddle, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another third-party billing provider, refund eligibility and processing may be governed by that provider in addition to this policy.
Where a platform requires you to request refunds through its own support or purchase history tools, KyzenAI may not be able to issue the refund directly but can help provide account context.
Downgrades and plan changes
Downgrading a plan may reduce features, memory limits, usage limits, priority access, or other entitlements at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Plan changes are not guaranteed to create prorated refunds unless shown during checkout, required by the billing provider, or approved by KyzenAI support.
Abuse, policy violations, and chargebacks
KyzenAI may deny refunds, credits, or continued access where an account was used for abuse, fraud, prohibited activity, payment manipulation, entitlement bypass, or attempts to compromise the service.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend paid features while the billing provider reviews the dispute.
Service interruptions
KyzenAI may occasionally experience maintenance, third-party model outages, rate limits, or degraded performance. Short interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
If a prolonged service issue materially affects paid access, KyzenAI may choose to offer credits, extensions, or refunds at its discretion or as required by law.
How to request a refund
To request a review, email support@kyzenai.net with your account email, billing provider, transaction ID or receipt, charge date, and the reason for the request.
We try to review billing requests promptly, but timing may depend on the billing provider, payment method, app store rules, fraud checks, and the completeness of the information you provide.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy as KyzenAI, payment providers, and subscription features evolve. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
