Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how KyzenAI collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use kyzenai.net, KyzenAI apps, AI chat, memory features, profiles, subscriptions, and related services.
KyzenAI is built around personalization and memory. That means some information you provide may be stored so the product can remember preferences, goals, context, and other details you choose to share.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, username, display name, authentication identifiers, optional recovery phone number, profile settings, plan information, and account status.
We collect content you provide to the product, including chat messages, memories, preferences, goals, routines, relationships, project context, and other information you choose to store or discuss with KyzenAI.
We may also collect operational security data such as approximate IP-derived signals, browser or device identifiers, request timestamps, usage counters, rate-limit events, subscription status, and abuse-prevention telemetry.
Chat and memory storage
KyzenAI may store conversations and structured memories to provide continuity, personalization, retrieval, and product functionality. Memories may include stable personal facts, preferences, goals, habits, relationship context, and project context.
You should not submit information you are not comfortable storing or processing. Future product controls may allow more detailed editing, exporting, or deletion of memory entries.
Authentication and local storage
Authentication is currently supported through providers such as Supabase Auth, Google login, password login, and magic links. We may store session tokens securely using platform-appropriate storage, such as SecureStore on native apps or browser storage on web.
KyzenAI may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, session persistence, feature flags, preferences, demo mode, analytics, and product stability.
How we use information
We use information to operate KyzenAI, provide AI chat and memory features, personalize responses, maintain accounts, provide support, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage patterns, improve product quality, and develop new features.
We use security and usage signals to enforce daily limits, prevent automated abuse, investigate suspicious activity, protect payment systems, and keep AI infrastructure costs under control.
AI provider processing
To generate responses, KyzenAI may send relevant prompts, conversation context, and selected memory context to AI model providers or self-hosted AI infrastructure. Current or future providers may include Groq, OpenAI-compatible systems, local model endpoints, or other infrastructure.
We aim to send only the context needed for a useful response, but AI features may require processing user-provided content. Avoid entering sensitive information unless you understand and accept this processing.
Third-party services
KyzenAI may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, AI model processing, analytics, billing, payments, customer support, and operational security.
Current and future service providers may include Supabase, Groq, OpenAI or OpenAI-compatible providers, LemonSqueezy, Paddle, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and similar vendors as the product evolves.
Billing data
If paid plans are offered, billing and payment details may be handled by payment processors such as LemonSqueezy, Paddle, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google. KyzenAI generally does not need to store full payment card details.
We may store plan, subscription status, renewal, entitlement, transaction reference, and support-related billing information needed to provide paid features and resolve disputes.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication controls, row-level access controls, environment separation, secure session handling, and server-side checks for sensitive actions.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide KyzenAI, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Some data may be deleted or anonymized earlier at our discretion or upon verified request.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should use a secure email account, protect your login sessions, and avoid entering information that you would not want processed by an AI system or stored as account data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request account deletion through product flows or by contacting support@kyzenai.net.
If you request deletion, we may need to retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, or dispute resolution where permitted or required by law.
Memory controls may allow you to review, edit, delete, or ask KyzenAI to forget certain stored memories. These controls affect product memory and may not immediately remove separate security logs, payment records, or backups.
Do not submit sensitive information
Unless KyzenAI explicitly introduces a feature designed for a specific regulated use case, you should not submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, health records, legal secrets, passwords, API keys, private keys, or highly sensitive information.
AI systems can produce unexpected output. Treat KyzenAI as a productivity and memory assistant, not as a secure vault for secrets or a regulated professional service.
Children and international use
KyzenAI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. By using KyzenAI, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our service providers operate.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as KyzenAI evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes become effective means the updated policy applies.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@kyzenai.net.
